The client says my HWID does not match

Your account locks to the first machine that launches the client. New hardware needs a reset: open the dashboard, press Reset HWID and say why. It takes effect about 24 hours later, and you get one reset every 30 days. The next launch after that claims the machine you run it on.

The 6 digit code never arrived

Check the spam folder first, then use Send a new code in the popup. A code is good for 15 minutes and 5 attempts. If the address itself is wrong, sign in and use Change email on the dashboard - nothing changes until you enter the code sent to the new address.

I forgot my password

Ask for a link on the reset page. It is valid for 30 minutes and works once. The reply is the same whether or not the address has an account, so nobody can use it to find out who is registered.

My Discord roles are missing

Join the server first, then link your Discord username (not your display name) on the dashboard. Roles are synced on a timer, so give it a few minutes. Unlinking is a 24 hour delay and one unlink every 30 days, which also strips the roles.

My key is rejected or already redeemed

Keys look like IVOY-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX and work exactly once. If yours is refused, do not keep retrying - the register endpoint is rate limited. Mail us with the key and we will check what happened to it.

The download fails or the loader will not start

The loader is public, every other build needs you signed in and is served for your rank only. If a download stops halfway, retry it before reporting - large jars behind a slow proxy are the usual cause.
